Shipping
Once you place your order, it can take up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends) to ship out. Shipping takes 3-5 business day but varies due to weekends and Holidays. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. Always double check your address before submitting your order. Contact me immediately if there is an error.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nessi Luxe Body NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items and packages once an order has been shipped. All packages are shipped through USPS. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS and file a claim. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to our personal sanitation expectations, we do not accept on any of our beauty products. We do not except refunds, please contact us if an issues with your order. Please makes sure you are putting the right address in full at checkout. Nessi Luxe Body is NOT be issued due to you putting the incorrect address and not adding the apartment/unit number. Please double-check your address entry before checking out. If your package happens to go missing by USPS, a refund will be issued for the products.
If your order has already been shipped or processed, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your order has not been processed, please submit cancellation at nessiluxebody@gmail.com within 24 hours from placing your order. For sanitary purposes due to the nature of the product, and Covid-19 we have a NO Return/Refund policy. Damaged Products
If products are damaged upon arrival to the customer, please contact us right away. Please immediately take pictures of the damaged items and include them in the email.​ Nessi Luxe Body is NOT responsible if the package, itself, is damaged. nessiluxebody@gmail.com
